Need to return your order?

We offer a hassle-free returns policy.


If you have already received your order and want to return your item back to us, please contact the Dexshell customer service team by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions of return

  • Please ensure the product is unworn, in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
  • The cost of return will be at your own expense, unless the product was received faulty or product is incorrect to your order.
  • A full refund less any carriage cost if applicable will then be provided on receiving back the product.


In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault with your order within the first 12 months, please send an email to detailing;

  • a description of the problem,
  • the date order placed
  • and your original order number.


We will provide you with a choice of a full refund or replacement after we have received back and inspected the product from your order.


Please ensure that any used 'faulty' goods must be returned to us in a clean/fresh and dry condition before they can be sent back to us for inspection.



Once we have received your returned item, we will process a refund of the item returned, less carriage costs.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
